Banister Nissan of Norfolk is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. If you have a passion for sales and automobiles, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
  • Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers to close deals
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory, promotions, and financing options
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively cold call potential customers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and financing calculations
